Interview W/Nkosi CP & "Days Before" (Prod. By E. Smitty)

Nkosi CP & E. Smitty take you on a journey back during a classic time ovr beats reminiscent to early 90's Hip-Hop while Nkosi CP paints his lyrics on canvas.

"The single “Days Before” reminds me of my father, and grandfathers, and just how classic they were. Both my grandpas had something very strong about them. I used to think they could beat up the Incredible Hulk growing up. My father was a thug on first impression, but was actually a kind of wise man. When I was writing Days before I was visiting my Parent’s home town and being in an old run down environment gave me vibes of reminiscing and story telling. As an artist I try to be diverse in everything I write because my taste is diverse. I practice everyday to control my self on different beats so I could literally change from a hard core fast type beat to a chill relaxed one with control and skill. “Days before” is a different vibe than anything I ever did before and I love it." - Nkosi CP
